Book your journey: The app guides you to the nearest stop for pickup, which may also be a virtual stop displayed on your mobile device. Live tracking allows you to monitor your vehicle's approach.
Pay in the app: As the service integrates seamlessly into the broader public transport system, a small surcharge applies above the standard RMV ticket price. The app clearly displays the fare for your selected route, and you can securely enter your payment method within the application.
Rate your journey: Upon arrival, the shuttle will deposit you at a virtual stop close to your final destination, with navigation assistance provided via the app. Users can then share their feedback and rate the service directly through the platform.
